Local Data Aggregator Service

Keep the business information you distribute organised at its source. Our local data aggregator service helps prepare and manage the agreed upstream submissions, with checks on what appears downstream.

01Record

Start with one accurate business record

Before submitting anything, confirm the business name, customer contact route, website and operating information. A new phone number or address needs an effective date and a reliable source inside your business.

We review that record against the distribution work proposed. A submission should not create an address or service claim simply to fill a platform field.

02Aggregators

Aggregators and direct listings do different jobs

A direct listing gives you a route to a particular platform. An aggregator distributes information through its own relationships. Neither route means that every receiving platform immediately accepts and displays a change.

03Distribution

Choose relevant distribution

We agree the networks and scope for your business before work begins. Coverage depends on the market, business and available service, so we do not substitute a large directory count for a useful plan.

A direct correction may still be necessary where an important listing retains old information. Aggregator work should sit alongside the listing record rather than be treated as proof that every entry has been corrected.

04Tracking

Track submission and publication separately

Our working record distinguishes information prepared, information submitted and information observed on a receiving platform. That makes unresolved items visible and gives your team a reference when business details change again.

We also check suspected duplicates before treating them as the same location. Similar names can belong to different businesses, and a removal request needs the correct identity and purpose.

Questions about data aggregators

Are aggregators the same as directories?

No. A directory publishes its own entry; an aggregator is an upstream distribution route. The detailed relationships need checking for the service being used.

Will every listing update immediately?

No. Downstream processing and platform decisions are separate from the submission. We track what can be verified rather than promise instant propagation.

Can this replace listing management?

Not in every situation. Important direct listings and unresolved errors may still need their own correction work.
