How We Work

Here is how we work: understand the problem, agree a useful next step and carry out the website, marketing or system work you choose. We start with your current setup and the result you want the work to support.

  1. Step 1Tell Us

First, tell us what is happening

You may have a clear project brief, or you may only know that the website is not bringing the enquiries you expected. Both are valid starting points.

We ask about the business, the services or products involved and the way customers currently reach you. The aim is to understand the situation before attaching a service name to it.

  2. Step 2Check

    Establish what we can check

Your website, search information, campaign records and enquiry process may each explain part of the picture. We identify the information relevant to the question and the access needed to assess it.

If useful information is missing, we explain what we can assess now and what needs checking before making a recommendation.

  3. Step 3Choose

    Choose the right starting point

If your website is difficult to find, search visibility may need attention. If visitors arrive but cannot complete an enquiry, the page or contact process may be the better starting point. We look at the information available before recommending the work.

You do not need every service. We explain what the proposed work addresses, what it depends on and what can wait. That helps you choose a defined project or a combination of services that fits the problem.

  4. Step 4Success

    Agree what success means

Before starting, we discuss the business outcome you want to support and how progress can be assessed. A website project might involve making booking or checkout work properly. A marketing project might focus on relevant enquiries or sales. An automation project might reduce a repeated manual task while making exceptions easy to handle.

We distinguish delivery from outcomes: launching a page is completed work; visitors using it and becoming customers are separate results. We agree the measures, available data and review points for your project rather than apply the same report to every service.

  5. Step 5Scope

    Agree the work and responsibilities

A useful scope explains what will be delivered, what depends on your team and which decisions need approval. It also identifies work that is outside the current project.

You can keep an existing provider or tool where it fits. The important part is making the handoff between responsibilities clear.

  6. Step 6Build

    Build, review and test

The checks depend on the work. A website needs functional journeys; an automation needs trigger and exception tests; a campaign needs the message, destination and measurement reviewed before release.

Your approval of a draft is distinct from publication or activation. We agree the relevant release step rather than assuming that a completed file should go live immediately.

  7. Step 7Review

Review progress and choose the next step

We separate completed work from the response it receives. A corrected page, a search visit and a qualified enquiry are different observations.

At the agreed review points, we look at the completed work and the measures chosen for your project. Enquiries need to be assessed for relevance, and sales figures need to be understood alongside costs and the information available. More traffic alone does not tell us whether your business is benefiting.

We explain what the results suggest, what remains uncertain and whether a change is worth testing. You can then decide what to continue, adjust or do next.

08Problem

Start with the problem you recognise

  • Glossy 3D contact card with a funnel beside it

My website is not generating leads

Trace the journey from discovery to a delivered, useful enquiry. Find out where the gap is before choosing a fix.

  • Glossy 3D magnifying glass in front of a bar chart

My website traffic is going down

Compare the relevant sources, pages and time periods before assuming the cause is SEO or that a rebuild is necessary.

  • Glossy 3D website window with colourful content blocks

My website gets visitors but not enquiries

Look at the offer, the page and the action visitors are expected to complete. Test the contact route as well as the design.

  • Glossy 3D microphone surrounded by sound waves with a location pin

My business is not appearing in AI search

Distinguish one missing answer from a repeatable visibility question, and check what can be established about the website.

  • Glossy 3D megaphone aimed at a target

My marketing agency is not delivering results

Review scope, access, delivered work and measurement. Decide whether the relationship needs a clearer plan or a managed change.

09Your Team

Working alongside your team

Glossy 3D gears turning together with a small envelope

You may already have a designer, developer or marketing team.

  • We can take responsibility for a defined part of the work while your team retains the tasks it wants to manage.
  • Before starting, we agree who approves changes, provides business information and handles customer enquiries.

Questions about working together

What should I prepare before a call?

Bring your website address, the main priority and any existing information that helps explain it. You do not need to diagnose the technical cause yourself.

Who approves changes?

We agree the responsible person and the approval steps with you. Work involving another team or provider needs a clear contact for those decisions too.

Can we start with a small piece of work?

Yes. A defined starting project can help establish the requirements before you decide whether to commission more.

Do you guarantee a result by a particular date?

We can discuss delivery requirements and review points. Rankings, customer decisions and platform approvals are not outcomes we can promise on a fixed date.
