Read feedback in context

When you read a review, look for the service involved and what the customer is describing. Communication, a website handover and ongoing marketing are different parts of an agency relationship. A useful review explains the experience rather than giving you a number without context. You can view Webzstore's public Google profile using the link below. Review details on that external profile may change; this page does not reproduce a rating or count.

01Sources

Check where a review comes from

Use the same five checks for a review of Webzstore or of any other agency.

  1. Where is it published? Look for a platform where the reviewer has a visible profile and the platform explains how reviews are collected.
  2. Is it about the same kind of work you need? A website project, local search work and advertising are different experiences.
  3. Does it say what happened and when, including how a problem was handled, rather than only giving a score?
  4. Is it recent enough to describe the services and people you would work with today?
  5. Is there any sign the reviewer was asked, rewarded or connected to the business? Treat that as context, not as proof either way.

We do not show ratings, review counts or client quotations on this page. If we ever show a client's words, we will say where they came from and that we have permission to use them.

03Approach

Understand the approach before judging the promise

Our How We Work page explains the path from an initial discussion to a scoped proposal and delivery. Our service pages explain the type of work available.

Webzstore has been helping businesses since 2010. That history does not replace a clear discussion of your own requirements, and it is not a promise of a particular result.

Questions about working with us

Can I speak to you before choosing a service?

Yes. Book a free 30-minute call and describe what you want to improve. You do not need to choose a package beforehand.

Where can I leave feedback?

The public Google profile is one place to share an experience. Please describe your own dealings with the business and avoid including private account or customer information.

Can you show results relevant to our project?

Ask on the call. Any client material shared needs the appropriate permission and context; we do not treat another business's outcome as a forecast for yours.
