SEO Services

Our SEO services help your business become easier to find when people search for what you offer. We work on your website, content and search visibility, with a plan built around the products, services and enquiries that matter to you.

01Start

Start with the pages that bring customers to your business

Glossy 3D clipboard checklist with a magnifying glass over it

Your most valuable search visitor is someone looking for a service or product you actually sell. We start by identifying those searches and the pages that should answer them.

  1. That gives the work a focus. A service page that is difficult to find, a confusing product category or an unanswered buying question deserves attention before another article is added just to keep the blog busy.
  2. We review the website you have, the search information available and your business priorities. You get a clearer picture of what needs fixing, what needs improving and what can wait.

02Fix

Fix the obstacles on your website

Technical SEO helps search engines reach and understand your important pages. We investigate the issues that affect those pages, then write each agreed fix as a clear task: the affected URL, the evidence, the change, who makes it and how it will be checked. If you only need the problems identified first, start with an SEO audit; this work is where the agreed fixes are planned and carried out with whoever manages the website.

  • Glossy 3D page of text being examined with a magnifying glass

    Crawling and indexing

We check whether the pages you want found are accessible and whether search information points to a problem. A private page should stay private; a public service page needs a different setup.

  • Glossy 3D folded map with a purple pin and a winding route

    Redirects and broken routes

Old URLs, broken links and recent site changes can send visitors to the wrong place. We trace the affected routes and identify the correct destination before making changes.

  • Glossy 3D clipboard with a list of options and one of them ticked

    Duplicate pages, canonicals and sitemaps

Several addresses can show the same or very similar content, such as tracking parameters or filtered lists. We decide which address should represent each page, then make redirects, canonical tags and the XML sitemap agree. A canonical tag is a strong signal rather than an instruction, so internal links need to agree too.

  • Stack of glossy 3D blocks, one pulled out of the pile

    Page structure and delivery

We look at how important content is presented and whether the site makes it unnecessarily difficult to reach. The fix should fit your platform and preserve the parts of the website that already work.

If you are planning a redesign or migration, involve SEO before pages and addresses change. That lets the website and search work follow the same plan.

03Write

Write pages that answer buying questions

Glossy 3D page with a pencil writing on it and a speech bubble

People searching for your service need more than a list of keywords. They want to know what you do, whether it fits their situation and what happens when they contact you.

  1. We plan and improve content around those questions. A useful brief starts with the service itself: what is included, who it is for, what affects the decision and what the customer should do next.
  2. Your knowledge makes that content specific. Tell us how you handle a job, where the service has limits and which questions your team answers repeatedly. We turn that information into pages readers can understand.
  3. Not every search phrase needs its own page. Where several phrases describe the same need, one strong page may be more helpful than a series of near-identical pages. Where the need is different, we give it a clear place in the site.

04Connect

Connect the pages people need next

A visitor reading about a service may need to compare options, check a related service or contact you. Internal links should make those next steps easy to find.

We review navigation and links within the content so important pages do not sit disconnected from the rest of the site. Descriptive labels help readers understand where a link goes; they also help search engines understand how pages relate.

The aim is a website that makes sense as a whole. Your main services should be easy to reach, with supporting guides answering the questions that need more explanation.

05Markets

Plan SEO across markets, languages and locations

A business with several countries, languages or locations needs a few decisions before pages are produced: which version answers which searches, and who keeps it accurate.

  • Market and language ownership: Decide which countries and languages you actively serve, which address each version uses and who approves its content. Where real alternate versions exist, language and region annotations help Google point searchers to the right one; every version must link back to the others or the annotations may be ignored.
  • Location data: Keep one reliable record for each location: name, address or service area, phone number, opening hours and the services offered there. The website, profiles and listings are then checked against that record.
  • Location pages that earn their place: Create a page only when the location has something specific to say, such as its own team, services or customer questions. Pages that change only the place name resemble what Google's spam policies call doorway abuse, so we do not build every city, service and industry combination.
  • Rollout in stages: Start with one market or a few representative locations, confirm the template and data work, then extend.
  • Head office and location roles: Agree what the central team controls, such as templates and markup, and what each location supplies, such as hours, photos and staff.
  • Reporting by market: Review search performance by country and page group, so a weak market is not hidden by a strong one.

Profile management and review requests for individual locations belong with Local SEO Services. Rollout planning for a franchise or multi-site organisation is covered in Solutions for Franchise Business.

Give other sites a reason to mention your business

Three glossy 3D speech bubbles overlapping

Useful expertise, original information and well-explained work can give relevant publications a reason to refer to your business. We consider outreach and digital PR where there is something worthwhile to share.

Three glossy 3D speech bubbles overlapping
  1. That might begin with an expert contribution or material your team can substantiate and publish. If the material involves a customer, permission comes first.
  2. We focus on relevance and the quality of what is being shared. Publication and links are another website's decision, and paid link schemes designed to manipulate rankings are not a sound foundation for the work.
  3. When link earning is in scope, you receive a short list of angles your business can support, relevant publications worth approaching, pitch drafts for your approval and a record of replies and mentions. We do not promise a number of links or citations. A paid placement should be marked as sponsored; Google's link spam policies treat buying or selling links to influence rankings as a violation unless they are qualified.

07Prove

See what changed and whether it is helping

An SEO report should tell you more than how many tasks were completed. We look at the work carried out alongside search activity and the enquiries your measurement setup can identify.

We use available search data to review which pages and queries bring people to the site. Your team's feedback helps distinguish useful enquiries from requests you cannot serve.

A completed fix, a search click and a sale are different things. Keeping those measures separate makes the report easier to use when deciding what to do next. If the actions that matter are not being measured yet, our Website Analytics and Conversion Tracking service sets up and tests that measurement.

  1. Work completed

Which pages changed, what was fixed and what still needs attention. This gives you a record you can refer back to.

  2. Search performance

How relevant pages and searches are performing over comparable periods. We consider the available history instead of treating every short-term movement as a trend.

  3. Enquiries and next steps

Which tracked actions turned into conversations your business could use. Where tracking is incomplete, we explain the gap rather than attach a sales claim to a traffic number.

08Plan

A practical way to choose the next SEO task

Use this example to see how a recommendation should connect a website issue with a next step. It is a planning guide, not a claim that these problems exist on your site.

  • Issue to check

An important service page cannot be indexed

    1. Page or URL to identify

      The affected service URL

    2. Evidence needed

      Page settings and search information

    3. Next step if confirmed

      Correct an unintended restriction

    4. How to check the work

Retest the setting and monitor indexing

  • Issue to check

A page leaves a buying question unanswered

    1. Page or URL to identify

The relevant service or product URL

    2. Evidence needed

Current copy and questions from your team

    3. Next step if confirmed

      Add the missing explanation

    4. How to check the work

Check the answer and the contact route

  • Issue to check

A related service is hard to reach

    1. Page or URL to identify

      Source and destination URLs

    2. Evidence needed

      Navigation and content links

    3. Next step if confirmed

      Add a useful, descriptive link

    4. How to check the work

Follow the link and confirm the destination

  • Issue to check

A form submission is being counted incorrectly

    1. Page or URL to identify

      The page containing the form

    2. Evidence needed

A test submission and event behaviour

    3. Next step if confirmed

      Correct the measurement setup

    4. How to check the work

Confirm a completed test is recorded once

  • Issue to check

Two country or language versions compete for the same searches

    1. Page or URL to identify

      The address of each version

    2. Evidence needed

The market and language each version serves

    3. Next step if confirmed

Connect the versions with language and region annotations, or merge them

    4. How to check the work

Confirm each version references the others and review which one search shows for each market

  • Issue to check

Location pages repeat the same copy with a different place name

    1. Page or URL to identify

      The location pages

    2. Evidence needed

A reliable record for each location and what genuinely differs there

    3. Next step if confirmed

Add the useful local detail, or combine pages that have none

    4. How to check the work

Compare the pages side by side and check the details against the location record

The order depends on business importance, evidence and the effort required. Some changes can move ahead quickly; others need content, access or development work first. We make those dependencies clear.

09Choose

Choose the right SEO support

Ongoing SEO combines implementation with review. An audit is a useful starting point when you first need to understand the website and decide what work to commission.

The cost of SEO depends on the site, the work involved and the responsibilities you want us to take on. We explain the proposed services before you choose a starting scope.

Questions about SEO

How do you decide what to work on first?

We look at your important pages, the evidence behind each issue and the effort needed to address it. A problem affecting a service you actively sell should not be treated the same as a minor issue on an obsolete page.

Do I need an audit or ongoing SEO?

An audit helps you understand the current position and recommended work. Ongoing SEO carries out the agreed improvements and reviews progress. If the main problem is unclear, an assessment is often the useful first conversation.

How long does SEO take?

It depends on the starting point, the changes and how search engines respond. We can set out the work sequence and review points, but we cannot promise a ranking or an enquiry target by a particular date.

Is SEO the same as paid advertising?

No. SEO concerns organic search visibility. Paid advertising has its own campaigns and media budget. They can support the same business goal, but they are separate services.

Can you improve an existing website?

Yes. We assess the site before recommending changes. A rebuild is not the automatic answer to a search problem.

What is the difference between technical SEO and an SEO audit?

An audit is the assessment: it identifies and prioritises what needs attention. Technical SEO under SEO Services is the implementation of the agreed fixes, usually alongside your developer or platform owner.

Do you handle international or multi-location SEO?

Yes, within SEO Services. We set out the markets, languages and locations in scope, agree who owns each version's content and roll out in stages.

What if traffic is falling or the website brings no enquiries?

Start by understanding the symptom before choosing a service. These guides explain the questions to investigate.
