Amazon Account Management

Keep your Amazon account work organised across product listings, advertising and operations. We manage the agreed tasks around your catalogue, stock information and the way orders are fulfilled.

01Account

Start with the account and catalogue you have

We review the products, current listings and the issues you want help resolving. Accurate product facts and appropriate account permissions come before content or campaign changes.

  1. An existing catalogue may contain useful material as well as missing details, inconsistent attributes or tasks waiting on a business decision. We organise those issues so the next action is clear.
  2. For a first review we ask for access to the seller account at a permission level you choose, your product source file, the brand and trademark details you hold and any advertising reports you already have. The first output is a prioritised queue of work, not a list of everything that could be changed.

02Content

Product content and catalogue work

We work on the information shoppers need to understand the product, including titles, descriptions, images and relevant attributes. Product claims must come from your business or reliable product sources.

The catalogue structure also needs to reflect what is actually sold. Variations and related items should not be created simply to force a preferred presentation.

Typical deliverables for a listing project:

  • Titles, bullet points and descriptions rewritten from the product facts you supply, with the search terms shoppers use worked in naturally.
  • An image gap list that shows which listings lack the images a category expects.
  • Missing or inconsistent attributes completed from your product source file.
  • A variation review that checks parent and child groupings against the real range.
  • Enhanced brand content (A+ Content) where the account is eligible for it.

03Advertising

Advertising linked to the selling operation

Campaign decisions need to account for the products you want to promote and their availability. We manage the advertising work within the authority and budget you agree.

  1. Reviewing an ad in isolation can miss an issue on the listing or in the stock record. The service brings those questions into the same discussion while keeping completed work separate from observed sales.
  2. The agreed advertising work covers campaign structure, targeting, negative terms, bids and daily budgets, regular review of the search terms that triggered clicks, and pausing promotion for products that are out of stock or have a listing problem.

04Ad Types

Which Amazon ads are included

Sponsored Products

What it does

Pay-per-click ads for individual listings in shopping results and on product pages

Check before we plan it

A professional seller account, an eligible category and a listing that qualifies for the Featured Offer

Sponsored Brands

What it does

Ads that present a brand and a group of products, linking to a Store or product page. Amazon offers cost-per-click, cost per thousand viewable impressions and reserved placements; this service covers the campaigns set up for a professional seller account

Check before we plan it

Amazon lists vendors, book vendors, Kindle Direct Publishing authors, agencies and professional sellers enrolled in Brand Registry as eligible; we confirm which applies to your account

Amazon DSP

What it does

Programmatic display, video and audio buying that can reach shoppers outside Amazon's shopping results

Check before we plan it

A separate product from sponsored ads; it is not part of the sponsored-ads work described on this page

Adult, used, refurbished and closed-category products cannot be advertised with sponsored ads. We confirm eligibility inside your advertising console before a campaign is scoped, because it varies by account, category and country.

06Inventory

Inventory and fulfilment coordination

We assess how stock information reaches the account and how order information moves to the people or systems handling it. The scope can include shipping automation and related configuration.

  1. We confirm whether each product is fulfilled by Amazon or by you, check that quantities and shipping settings match the real arrangement, and set up the agreed route for stock updates and order information.
  2. Your business or fulfilment provider remains responsible for physical stock handling and delivery. The service does not imply that Webzstore owns a warehouse or carries out shipping itself.

07Reporting

Account issues and reporting

Account notices need to be read in their actual context. We can organise the information and agreed response work without promising that a platform will approve a listing or reverse a decision.

  1. For a listing suppression, restricted-category notice or performance warning, we read the notice, list the documents or corrections it asks for and prepare the response for the account holder's approval. Amazon alone decides the outcome.
  2. The review should show what changed, what is waiting on information and what the available performance records say. Those are separate questions, and each deserves a clear answer.

08Storefront

Keep the storefront consistent with the catalogue

Amazon lists Stores as available to sellers enrolled in Brand Registry, vendors and agencies, and lists a pending or registered trademark among the requirements; Sponsored Brands has the same enrolment condition for professional sellers. Where your seller account's brand is enrolled, we plan the Store's page structure, product groupings and brand content around the range you sell, using your approved product facts and assets.

If the brand is not enrolled, we tell you what Brand Registry asks for before any Store work is quoted.

Questions about Amazon management

Can you work on an existing account?

Yes. We assess the account, catalogue and access before defining the starting work.

Can advertising and inventory coordination be included?

Yes. They can be planned together, with clear business decisions and operational responsibilities.

Who stays responsible for the seller account?

You do. The account and its agreement with Amazon belong to the account holder. We work within the permissions you grant and agree in advance which changes need your approval.

Can you guarantee reinstatement?

No. Amazon controls account decisions. We can define the support work, not promise its decision.
