WooCommerce to BigCommerce Migration
We move WooCommerce stores to BigCommerce by separating what is data from what is behaviour: products and records can be mapped, but the extensions that change how customers buy must be matched or rebuilt. We assess your current shop, the WordPress site around it and the new storefront before agreeing the plan.
Often the shop shares a WordPress site with articles, service pages and forms. Deciding what stays there is part of the move.

01Choose
Choose the part of the WooCommerce move that worries you most, several parts, or the full project. A draft plan follows for you to take to the call.
Where this startsOur WooCommerce shop relies on extensions and a WordPress site, and I want BigCommerce without breaking the way customers buy today.
02Decide
An extension is an add-on that gives WooCommerce a feature. Exporting products does not bring the extension's behaviour with it. List yours against this table.

03Transfer
Product titles, descriptions, SKUs, prices, images and categories are the first records we map. WooCommerce attributes and variations (the separate buyable versions of a product, each with a distinct SKU, price and stock count) are checked one by one before they become BigCommerce product options.
04Test
We choose the product with the most extension-driven choices rather than the simplest listing. We check that every combination, add-on field and price rule behaves as it did on WooCommerce, or as the plan says it should.
A full test purchase follows with a discount code, a delivery option and the payment provider's test mode, then we read the customer email and the order screen as staff would. An account holder, a guest and a phone checkout each get their own run.
05Launch
WooCommerce product and category addresses will differ from BigCommerce paths. We build a redirect map (a prepared sheet that points each old address at its new page), including addresses shoppers have bookmarked, and test it before launch. The Ecommerce Website Design service covers the storefront look.
Orders placed while the new store is being built need a catch-up plan, and the old shop stays available until the new one is approved. We monitor search performance and trading faults after launch, but we cannot promise that rankings or traffic stay unchanged.
No, not one for one. We take each extension's job and show you the available route before it enters the scope.
Yes, if the navigation, domain and customer journey are planned across both systems.
Not automatically. Recurring billing needs its own plan, and we state what can and cannot transfer before any work starts.
Yes. We separate the changes the new platform needs from the optional improvements, so the move stays manageable.

Bring your current shop and the tasks that feel difficult today. We will assess whether BigCommerce addresses them and what the move involves.
