Shopify Development

Shopify development brings your catalogue, storefront and buying journey together. We handle the design and development work so customers can understand the products, choose their options and place an order.

01Products

Begin with the products, not a theme preview

A theme demonstration rarely contains your actual catalogue. We start with representative products: the straightforward items, the products with options and the ones customers often ask about. That tells us what a useful product page needs to explain.

We then plan categories, menus and page layouts so shoppers can reach an appropriate product without searching through unrelated information.

02Features

Develop the features your store needs

The build can include storefront design, theme changes, content pages and requirement-specific connections. We assess whether a requirement belongs in the theme, an app or a separate integration before adding complexity.

  • Requirement

    Product choices

    Decision to make

How buyers select a valid option

  • Requirement

    Helpful content

    Decision to make

Where sizing, use or suitability information belongs

  • Requirement

    Stock information

    Decision to make

    Which system supplies it

  • Requirement

    Store editing

    Decision to make

What your team can change routinely

  • Requirement

    Additional functionality

    Decision to make

Whether an app or custom development fits

App and platform restrictions affect what can be delivered. We check the relevant access and plan requirements before confirming features.

03Mobile

Make the mobile journey a buying journey

We review the route from a landing page to a product, basket and the available checkout.

  • Product choices, delivery information and contact options need to work on the screen a customer actually uses.
  • Visual polish matters, but it must support those actions.

04Launch

Launch with clear responsibilities

Before launch, we test the agreed paths and ask your team to confirm product details, delivery rules and other business settings. We also identify who handles product edits, order questions and connected-system issues after the site is live.

For ongoing catalogue, advertising and store operations, Shopify Management is the related service. A build does not automatically include every continuing management task.

Questions before getting started

Can you redesign our current Shopify store?

Yes. We review the current theme, apps and required changes to decide what can be improved within the existing setup.

Can you move our store to Shopify?

Yes, subject to an assessment of the source data and requirements. The migration plan covers records, URLs and systems as well as the new storefront.

Will we be able to update products?

We include your team's editing needs in the build discussion and agree the handover required for routine changes.

Show us your catalogue and the part of shopping that needs to work better.
